I've had the pleasure of knowing Haley for almost a decade now - we both attended LCHS in Weston + she was good friends with my little sister.

heck, I'm even friends with her mom on Facebook. (kind of weird, but Weston is a small town, after all).

Having captured their engagement photos last winter (I'll share a few of my favorites below), Haley reached out a few months later asking me to capture her and Joeseph's wedding this year.

Their Engagement Photos Turned Out So Cute 😍

Haley + Joe officially said "I do" on the chilly fall afternoon of October 16th, 2021.

though mother nature attempted to freeze us out, our hearts were warmed by the love they radiated as they celebrated their new union.

... okay, Those spare blankets + jackets we found stashed in the trunks of our cars may have helped warm us up a little bit, too.

IT WAS A BIT OF A STRUGGLE FINDING THE PERFECT LOCATION THAT WAS BOTH BUDGET + HANDICAP FRIENDLY, AS JOE'S GRANDMOTHER HAS VERY LIMITED MOBILITY, BUT AFTER A BIT OF SEARCHING, THEY FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE TO CELEBRATE THEIR WEDDING.

A Hidden Gem of A Location

SURROUNDED BY A GORGEOUS FOREST AREA AND EASY ACCESS TO A GORGEOUS VIEW OVERLOOKING THE GAULEY RIVER, CARNIFEX FERRY BATTLEFIELD STATE PARK IN SUMMERSVILLE, WEST VIRGINIA PROVED TO BE A GORGEOUS CHOICE FOR THIS COUPLE'S INTIMATE WEDDING.
