Your wedding photographer should feel like a trusted friend, someone who “gets” you and your vision. That’s why we’ll schedule a phone or video call (or meet in person!) to chat.

This is your chance to share all the fun, cheesy details about how you met, how the proposal went down, and what makes you two you. We’ll also talk through your wedding day plans, build a rough outline of the big day together, go over package details, and cover any questions you have. These chats are just as much about connection as logistics - and they help me capture your love story authentically!

After we talk, I'll send over a contract and an invoice for your selected package or a quote for you to build a custom package. When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll officially book by signing the contract and paying a 25% retainer fee to secure your date.

Once that’s done, you’re officially booked! (Cue happy dances and a big sigh of relief - your wedding photographer is officially locked in!)

We’ll schedule a session that’s all about you and your love. Whether it’s an engagement shoot, bridal portraits, or even a boudoir session, we’ll brainstorm creative ideas to make it uniquely yours. Expect plenty of laughs and stunning photos that capture this special chapter in your love story!

About a month before your wedding, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to make sure we’re on the same page for the big day.

A week or two out, we can hop on a quick call to finalize any last-minute details. Whether it’s changes to your timeline or questions you forgot to ask, we’ll handle it together. If everything’s already set, we’ll simply check in and confirm that we’re ready to go!
