Yes! I'm happy to work with you to create a payment plan. I do require a 25% non-refundable retainer to consider your date officially booked. The remaining 75% is due 1 month before your wedding day. (But can be paid sooner)

The payment system I use (Stripe) allows up to 6 payments on your invoice, including the initial retainer.
You can choose to pay everything all at once, or do 25%-75%, 50%-50%, 25% (x4 payments), 25%-18.75% (x4 payments), or 25%-15% (x5 payments). If you go this route, all I need are the due dates you'd like me to put into the system.

Additional photographers can be added to your package for $100/hr and must be hired for at least 4 hours.

I don't guarantee a specific number of photos. On average, you can expect to receive about 50 edited photos per hour. That said, I believe in quality over quantity, ensuring that each image tells a meaningful part of your story.

The prices listed DO NOT include sales tax, but all collections are subject to West Virginia's 6% sales tax.

Travel costs are not included in the standard collections listed above. I'll provide a customized quote based on the location of your wedding, including any necessary travel, accommodation, and associated expenses.

Imagine this as the pre-wedding warm-up! The engagement session is a more casual photoshoot of you and your better half before the big day. Pick a spot that means something to both of you (or just somewhere pretty), throw on some snazzy yet comfy outfits, and let the camera capture your love story!

Time to shine in that stunning wedding attire! A wedding attire session is all about showcasing the couple in their wedding attire before the wedding bells ring. It's like a mini fashion show/trial run – whether in a studio or at a special location, it's your time to rock that dress/tux!

This session can include one or both partners.

Generally, I recommend scheduling this session on the same day as your hair & makeup trial (if you decide to have one) so you can see how it all photographs before the day of!

I am happy to work together to create a payment plan that will work for you, even if the payment plan extends past your wedding day. In the case that this happens, I will still be there to document your wedding day, but your wedding gallery won't be edited & delivered to you until the final balance has been paid.

Absolutely! I understand that each wedding is unique. I offer plenty of customization options, including additional hours, an additional photographer(s), prints and products, or specific photo sessions tailored to your preferences.

Yes! All of the best images from our time together are uploaded to your online gallery, where you can download the images as often as you would like.
I HIGHLY recommend downloading & backing your photos up to a USB or Hard Drive for safe keeping.

Editing your images to perfection takes time! I do my best to edit galleries as quickly as possible, but the longest you will have to wait is 4 months after your wedding day.

Print credit is like a gift card to your gallery's store that comes with your package. Instead of receiving pre-selected prints, you get the freedom to choose your favorite photos and how you want to showcase them.

How It Works:

1.) After your session, browse through your online gallery.
2.) Pick the photos you love the most.
3.) Use your print credit to order prints, canvases, albums, or other custom products.

In a nutshell, print credit is your ticket to a personalized and memorable photography experience, turning your favorite moments into beautiful, tangible memories that decorate your home.

Keep the celebration going! Anniversary sessions are like a couple's photoshoot on their marriage milestone. Get comfy or dolled up – your call! Whether it's at the place you first met, in the home you've built together, the place you got married, or another special spot, these sessions are all about capturing the love that's been growing since "I do."

Time for some intimate vibes! This session is all about capturing those romantic and sensual moments between you two. It's a bit more private, a bit more personal. Lingerie or comfy PJs – your choice. Just let the camera catch the love in the air!

These sessions can include one or both partners. The images can make for a great wedding gift for your partner!

From there, we'll set a time and date for a pre-booking consultation to make sure we're the right fit for each other. I'll ask you about yourselves and your relationship, we'll discuss your vision for your wedding day, and we can go over the package you are interested in and discuss any changes that may need to be made.

Once we've had our consultation and you've decided to book with me, I'll send out a package proposal for you to review and accept, followed up by a contract, invoice, and series of questionnaires to help me get to know more about the two of you and your wants, needs, and expectations for the day. (but don't worry, those can be filled out later!).

Once your contract is signed, a 25% retainer is due to officially book your date. This can be paid online using Stripe. The remaining 75% can be paid all at once or in up to 5 additional installments, with your remaining balance due 1 month before your wedding day.

I'm located in Fairmont, West Virginia, but I absolutely love to get out for a nice adventure, so I'm happy to offer my services anywhere in West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or anywhere else you/life take me, really. My passport loves to get stamped... it already has stamps from London, Italy, and New Zealand, but it will HAPPILY accept duplicates, haha.

I like to capture a hearty mix of candids and traditional posed shots on wedding days, especially for couples' portraits.

I try my best to capture the special moments authentically - with all the smiles, tears and laughs that your wedding day will hold.

I might have you pose or face a certain way or I may ask you to act out a certain prompt together. Either method can create gorgeous images, but one tends to feel more natural and relaxed than the other, resulting in much more genuine emotions being captured.

Your family and friend portraits will mostly be posed, but with a few opportunities for candid reactions.

While you do not HAVE to order through me... I do make it SUPER easy for you to order them directly from your gallery, and I definitely recommend them if you want the highest-quality artwork for your home.

Plus, a print credit is INCLUDED in your wedding package, so why not use it?!

While printing from places like Walgreens and CVS is the economical choice, you will risk a lot - color differences, clarity issues, cheaper material, and overall loss of quality.

Basically, I can't guarantee the quality of products you receive from 3rd party printing companies like I can when you order directly through your gallery - if you order something through me and it doesn't look like it should, I will replace it at no cost to you.

I won't offer this service if you print elsewhere, so do so at your own risk!

Ultimately, it comes down to minimizing stress for both you and me on your wedding day.

I know how busy wedding planning can get, especially when you're in the home stretch of things. Your wedding day goes by so fast and already comes with an inherent amount of stress, so it can be easy to forget to make final payments to vendors on the day of and those leading up to it. Plus, you definitely don't want to have to worry about paying your vendors while on your honeymoon or being on a budget because you still have to pay them when you get back.

It also helps me feel more confident while doing my job because I know I am being paid for my time and talent and am not left wondering if/when I will get paid for my services. Myself and plenty of other wedding photographers have been burned in the past by clients we trusted & shouldn't have - collecting the balance beforehand ensures we won't have to sit on a gallery for months (or even over a year) before receiving final payment.

I am willing to travel within 2 hours of Fairmont, WV (one way) for no additional charge.

If your wedding will be taking place further than 2 hours from Fairmont, WV, fees for gas, hotels, flights, rental cars, etc. may be added. For coverage lasting until or after 9 pm, my team and/or I may need a hotel room for the night - be sure to let me know if your wedding guests are receiving a discount for rooms at your venue or any local hotels.

Some locations may require a permit in order to be able to have pictures taken there. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining the necessary permits. Failure to purchase the appropriate permits may result in us being kicked out of the location, or even fined.

If you are interested in booking me for an international destination wedding, the cost of your custom package will include my and my team's travel expenses. (Flights, hotel, rental car, etc.)

I cull through all of the images and and select only the "best" ones to edit.

I choose the images based on how they represent my style and your personality. If a picture doesn't tell a story or serve a purpose, it's not going to be in your gallery.

No specific image taken during the session is guaranteed to be delivered - images are delivered at my full discretion.

RAW images will NEVER be provided to a client, as they do not accurately represent my work or brand image. I mean it, NEVER. Please don't even ask.
